Had a very speedy delivery from perfume direct, unfortunately one item was damaged.
However the customer service was sensational.
Niamh was on the case straight away and a replacement sent out. Highly recommend this company and Niamh is a credit to them.

Bought a Boss EDT from this site. Unfortunately, it appears that the product is not genuine. It does not smell anywhere like the original (I've been using only this for the past 18 years). Extremely disappointed. Don't think will order from them again.

All the perfumes and aftershaves I buy from Perfume Direct are brilliant.
They are a great price, packaged very well and of course the smells of all are great.

Perfume direct kept me informed of the progression of my order, From order to delivery was very quick and the perfume was very well wrapped.

It's a lovely aftershave, just what I like, lovely smell from it, an lasts a long smell.

A great company to deal with, with lots of classic perfumes and after-shaves, being in my 70s it's lovely to find these items at very affordable prices, my go-to preferred site from now on.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered placed order 19th December parcel delivered to some random by dpd then resent order to pick up shop went to collect parcel not at shop hadn’t been delivered by dpd still no refund from perfume direct very rude customer service

FAKE FAKE FAKE AND I CAN PROOF I HAVE TWO OF THE SAME PERFUMES BOTH SMELL DIFFERENT BOTH LIQUIDS ARE DIFFERENT COLOURS ONE I BROUGHT FROM PERFUMES DIRECT FOR MY WIFE AND ONE FROM THE PERFUME SHOP FROM MY MOTHER TO MY WIFE I CAN ALSO UPLOAD PICTURES IF I HAVE TO I WANT A REFUND I PAID £80 FOR A FAKE I CAN NIT EVEN SIGN INTO MY ACCOUNT ON THE WEBSITE TO BACK TRACE THIS IT SAYS NOT SUCH EMAIL EXISTS

I have ordered Jimmy Choo perfume and have not received it on time as I paid for the next day delivery. The company refused to refund the money. Also, I know how Jimmy Choo should smell and this is nothing like Jimmy Choo, I can only assume it might be fake. Please avoid.

Not sure what to say? Never used before and had no direct communication with them but order was received promptly and have subsequently received email asking about the service and directing me here hence my feedback

Great company ordered received -delighted with service and delivery.
I would recommend this company. Very happy customer. Never had to complain. Thank you all at perfumes direct you get a 10/10 from me.
